On Tuesday I got to work with a company by the name of “Recall”, they are a data management company and had their national sales meeting here in San Diego. Instead of the usual golf tournament they were all bused to Miramar on Tuesday for a little team building and community service. We split them up into teams and had them assembling back packs for wounded soldiers, food bags for military families and new born packs for recent babies. While it was a little hot and sweaty in the warehouse they all gave 110% and I don’t think anyone missed the golf. It’s great to see companies giving back, I helped facilitate the event and provided a little music to keep up the team spirit.
